Dear Patriots,

Please vote for me in Congressional District 10 in the March 5th Primary Election.

I am so thankful for the endorsements from the California Republican Assembly (CRA) and from the American Independent Party of California (AIP). 

The California Republican Party did not endorse anyone from Contra Costa County for any office for this coming election. This has made the battle for this Congressional seat more difficult. That is why the above Endorsements are even more special to me.

As part of my candidacy in the upcoming General Election, I pledge to:

1. Campaign on Traditional and Patriotic values of God, Family, Life and Country against the Biden-supporting incumbent Mark DeSaulnier.
2. I will be unwavering in my pursuit of Truth and Freedoms for We the People. Your issues will be my issues as we continue Putting People First.

Katherine Piccinini, a long time Oakley resident, has successfully filed to run for Congress in District 10. As a mother of four and grandmother of five, she previously ran in 2022 as a write-in candidate for this position when contacted by some in the 11th hour to run. Piccinini secured 1,638 votes in a 20-day campaign—a record for Congressional Republican write-in votes since 2012, enough to get her name on the General election ballot.

Over the past four years, she has served as the President of East Contra Costa Republican Women and President and a founding member of Eastern Contra Costa Republican Assembly. Additionally, she has been a Central Committee Member for Contra Costa and Alameda Counties and a GOP Delegate.

Remaining true to her commitment to truth and transparency, Piccinini, coming from a law enforcement family, pledges to prioritize the protection of police, fire, and military. Her main concerns include the safety and security of children, families, parental rights, and borders. She criticizes the educational system as “indoctrination, not education,” and her motto is “Putting the People First.”

Passionate about the nation’s direction, she fears losing America if it continues down the path it is going and is determined to do her best to prevent this. Piccinini emphasizes there needs to be accountability and transparency to the citizens, expressing a lack of belief in current leaders following through on this.

Her agenda focuses on the needs of the people of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, with a dedication to representing their interests in Washington.

She believes we deserve clean air, pure water, safe food, freedom of speech and balanced budgets for citizens. She vows to stand for freedom, truth, and the flag. She will not stand for tyranny, injustice, and lawlessness. With corruption at the 

highest levels in government and political parties, she invites others to join her in reclaiming the freedoms that are being taken from them and securing a future and hope for their children and grandchildren.

As a community advocate, Piccinini asserts that putting the people first involves prioritizing infants, children, law enforcement, workers, veterans and farmers. She advocates for rewriting laws to address those that perpetrate their crimes onsociety, businesses and the gender mutilation of children.

Thank you for allowing me to be with you today as an associate member of Lamorinda and as President of ECCRW.

I previously ran in 2022 as a write-in candidate for this position when contacted by some in the 11th hour to run. I secured 1,638 votes in a 20-day campaign—a record for Congressional Republican write-in votes since 2012.  We crossed the finish line but without achieving victory. The voters had to remember my long Italian name and spell it correctly – this time I am on the ballot. 3 other men are running against me for this seat but I am reminded grey haired old men in WASH DC don’t know what they are doing and have no idea what day it is. It is time for a silver haired woman, who know exactly what she is doing and knows the time is for new leaders.

I love America and I know you do also. My fear is that the America we know – if the course that we are on does not change – we are going to lose her. Every facet of our lives has the word in some form of Stealing – stripped, removed, taken, stolen – it refers to our rights and freedoms, our comforts – everything we have worked for and cherish. 

America is our most valuable treasure but our most precious, precious is our family – our children and grandchildren. They are out legacy – our inheritance and it and we are divinely placed here.

It is God’s will for us – we are called to take dominion – occupy –and stand and when having done all to stand – stand. We are in a BATTLE. Light vs dark - good vs evil spiritual – it it life or death.

I am a mother of 4 grandmother of 5 and when I look into their eyes I say – You are worth fighting for – I’m not concerned with a monetary fortune (we may loose that) I am willing to fight for something more valuable – their freedom and all that God will have for them to prosper – that is my gift my legacy my inheritance to them. 

We need to wake up – take heed – get away from the television of propaganda – we have grown weary these last 3 years but there is no time to lay down. I will committed to the fight and I will fight for your children too. I am running but it’s not me alone – I can only be elected by you….it is we the people coming together

If we don’t stop this army of evil – our children will be eating bugs, drinking toilet water (lets tell Newsom to drink the 1st glass) and have chem trails for the clouds and air to breathe. I SAY NOT ON MY WAYCH.

WE MUST CLOSE DOWN THE BORDERS – PERIOD. The handcuffs are on the wrong people – our police are important to us – we need to get back to arrests and accountability for crimes - those responsible for the indoctrination instead of education of our children and teachers of the perverse ideology should be criminalized for the stealing of their innocence and raping of their minds - also criminalize those experimenting with gender mutilation. Leave our children alone.

We need our 2nd amendment – I will support military, police, fire, farmers – parents rights- medical freedoms –need CRITICAL SPENDING LIMITS 

Climate change and Ukraine are hoaxes and money laundering schemes – CHILDRENS FREEDOM IS WASTED ON THOSE 2 LIES

REPUBLIC NOT A DEMOCRACY – need to know what it is you are fighting for One nation under God and we have been divinely provided for – there is more than enough of water and oil to last our lifetime – we are being lied to.

I want to know your issues – they will become my issues – I want to put on your glasses of life and that is what I will take back to Washington. Not the special interests and bureaucracy that De Saulnier is into here.

My voice will be one of TRUTH AND FREEDOM AND FOR YOU – my heart is for GOD – family life and country. I will KNEEL ONLY IN PRAYER – I will stand for and with the flag – I will not stand for injustice, tyranny and lawlessness. I will not compromise by calling good evil and evil good. My YES WILL BE YEA AND MY NO AN UNWAVERING NO. I do not consider myself a politician – we can think of them as saying and doing anything just to get elected. We are witnesses to that today.

Rather, I would like to be called a statesman or perhaps more properly stateswomen; either way, I will not strive to be politically correct. A statesman is defined as someone who will do everything for the good of the people whom he/she represents. A statesman has certain core values and will not change beliefs simply to advance a political career.  If a change in policy is necessary for the good of the people he or she serves, the change will be made no matter how much it is criticized It is a title of integrity and I hope that my words today will stay with you and should we not meet again, that you will remember my name on March 5, 2023 when you go and make your voice heard.

Our nation must be restored – I invite you to come and fight with me as we begin to PUTTING THE PEOPLE FIRST. I will be honored to have your trust and vote to represent you in Congressional District 10.
